Carmen Operetta is the CEO/Founder/Writer of Planet Operetta Productions, a primarily whisky based production company that consults, presents events/seminars and creates programming for the category.
Carmen is currently researching whisky and interning all over the Scottish distilleries. She travels between NYC and the UK executing this work, in order to distill the first American Scottish style whisky.
